Day 1: BARCELONA.

Tour escort will be waiting for the group at Barcelona airport for a panoramic tour, where they will enjoy the spectacular city views from Montjuic and the impressive buildings by Gaudi, one of the city symbols. Then, a local guide will walk the group around the Gothic quarter, the centre of the old city of Barcelona. Dinner at hotel and accommodation.

Day 2: BARCELONA – ZARAGOZA – MADRID.

Breakfast at hotel and departure to Zaragoza. Time of leisure to enjoy the city and its main monuments, such as Basilica del Pilar. Free lunch and departure through Madrid. Dinner at hotel and accommodation.

Day 3: MADRID.

Breakfast at hotel. Walking tour around Madrid to discover the very origins of the city. Following a local guide, the group will trace the legacy of the Hapsburgs and Bourbon dynasties in Madrid, seeing some of the key sights no visitor should miss. Afternoon of leisure to enjoy all the possibilities this city could bring. Dinner at hotel and accommodation.

Day 4: MADRID – CÓRDOBA – SEVILLA.

Breakfast at hotel and departure to Córdoba, an Iberian and Roman city in ancient times that became the capital of an Islamic caliphate in the Middle Ages. A local guide will help the group to know everything about the exciting history of the city. Transfer to Sevilla. Dinner at hotel and accommodation.

Day 5: SEVILLA – GRANADA.

After breakfast at hotel, a local guide will walk the group around the old town of Sevilla, that contains three UNESCO World Heritage Sites: the Alcázar palace complex, the Cathedral and the General Archive of the Indies. After the visit and some time for leisure, the group will continue their trip to Granada for a night visit of the city and a flamenco show with dinner. Accommodation.

Day 6: GRANADA – CARTAGENA – MAR MENOR.

Breakfast at hotel and departure to Cartagena, a city with a number of landmarks such as the Roman Theatre, the second largest of the Iberian Peninsula, and an abundance of Phoenician, Roman, Byzantine and Moorish remains. Transfer to Mar Menor. Dinner at hotel and accommodation.

Day 7: MAR MENOR.

Breakfast at hotel. Day of leisure (optional visit could be made, contact with the escort). Dinner at hotel and accommodation.
